What is Armenia EXPO?
A look at the performance of Armenia EXPO in the past years
What is Armenia EXPO?
Armenia EXPO is a comprehensive international trade and industry exhibition. The purpose of this event is to introduce the products and services of domestic and foreign companies, develop business relationships, find export markets, attract investment and form cooperation between manufacturers, suppliers, importers and distributors. This exhibition is one of the most important commercial and industrial events in Armenia, which is held every year in Yerevan. Unlike events limited to a specific industry, this exhibition brings together a series of specialized exhibitions simultaneously under one roof; From food industry, construction and industrial equipment to information technology, transportation, financial services, advertising, furniture and tourism.
The 25th edition of this event, titled Armenia EXPO 2026, will be held from September 4 to 6, 2026, corresponding to September 13 to 15, 1405, at the Karen Demirchian Sports and Concert Complex in Yerevan. This event can be a good opportunity for Iranian companies to evaluate the Armenian market, introduce their products to importers and distributors, and communicate with economic actors from different countries.
The first edition of this exhibition dates back to 2001. In the same year, the first Industrial Armenia EXPO event was held with the aim of introducing Armenia's production capacities, attracting investment and identifying export markets. The seventh edition of Armenia EXPO in 2007 included six simultaneous exhibitions in the fields of industry, construction, food industry, transportation, information technology and advertising; A structure that has been developed until today.
The main organizer of this event is LOGOS EXPO Center; A company that has been operating in Armenia since 1999 and is the official organizer of the Armenia EXPO brand. The exhibition is held in cooperation with the Union of Armenian Producers and Merchants and with the participation of economic institutions and organizations of this country.
The date and venue of the 2026 edition have been announced on the official website of the exhibition. However, the exact time of arrival of visitors and the final schedule of meetings may be published closer to the time of the meeting. For comparison, the 2024 course was held on September 6 to 8 and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; But the time of the 2024 course should not be considered definitive for 2026 without the approval of the organizer.
Armenia EXPO 2023

Construction industries, transportation of goods, furniture, production, printing and publishing, food industries, tourism, financial services and information technology were among the most important areas of that period. The large presence of foreign companies showed that Armenia EXPO is not just a domestic exhibition and has the capacity to create connections between regional businesses.
Armenia EXPO 2024
The 22nd edition was held from September 6 to 8, 2024 in the Karen Demirchian Collection. Its main sectors included industries, construction, food, transportation, information technology, printing and advertising, furniture, financial services and tourism.
The report of the Union of Armenian Manufacturers and Merchants described the presence of different countries in this period as unprecedented; However, the final and integrated statistics of the total number of exhibitors were not available in the official report. Therefore, the numbers mentioned in some unofficial sources about the number of participants should be used with caution.
Armenia EXPO 2025
The 24th session was held from September 5 to 7, 2025. About 200 companies from seven countries including Armenia, Iran, Russia, China, United Arab Emirates, Kazakhstan and Estonia presented their products and services.
In addition to the commercial booths, meetings were held on the automatic management of materials in construction projects, the application of 2GIS in life and business, and data protection in cloud environments. Experts from Armenia, China and the United States were also present in these programs.
Armenia EXPO 2026
The 2026 edition is the 25th edition of Armenia EXPO and will be held from September 4 to 6. The final number of exhibitors and participating countries is usually announced after the completion of registrations or close to the opening of the exhibition; So for business planning, it's best to review the list of contributors in the weeks leading up to the event.

What businesses is Armenia EXPO suitable for?
Attending this exhibition can have more commercial value for the following groups:
Producers who intend to export to Armenia; Companies looking for a local importer, sales agent or distributor; Transport, clearance and logistics companies; Manufacturers of food, construction materials, industrial equipment and furniture; IT, fintech and digital services companies; business and investment consultants; Companies that intend to investigate competitors, prices and consumer behavior in Armenia; Businesses that are looking to test the market before going big.
Companies with a highly specialized product should check whether the buyers and decision makers of their target industry are actually among the participants before booking a booth. The comprehensiveness of the exhibition is an advantage, but it may cause that part of the visitors are not the direct audience of a specialized product.
Why is Armenia EXPO important for Iranian companies? Iran's continuous presence in the past periods
Iranian companies have been among the official participants of the exhibition in 2023 and 2025. This record shows that the Armenian market and event organizers are familiar with the presence of Iranian businesses.
The possibility of checking the market at a lower cost
For many companies, a three-day presence at an exhibition can be less expensive than opening an office, store or agency in the first stage. The company can gauge audience response, check competitors' prices, and conduct preliminary negotiations with several distributors.
Direct access to decision makers
A face-to-face negotiation with an importer, wholesaler, purchasing manager, contractor, or sales representative usually provides information that cannot be obtained through Internet research alone; including the distributor's expected profit margin, settlement method, packaging standards and initial order amount.
The possibility of meeting with companies from several countries
In recent years, in addition to Armenia and Iran, companies from Russia, China, UAE, Kazakhstan, Estonia and several European countries have participated in the exhibition. Therefore, in addition to the Armenian market, Armenia EXPO can also be useful for making connections with some economic actors in the region.
How to register and reserve a booth
Applicants can submit their initial application through the participation form available on the official page of each exhibition. In this form, information such as the name of the company, the name of the contact person, contact number, email, the required size, the type of booth and its location are received.
The types of stalls in the official form are:
linear booth; corner booth; peninsula pavilion; Island pavilion.
You can also choose between a standard booth and a dedicated booth and register a request for storage space or additional equipment. Sending the initial form does not mean a definite commitment to attend, and the organizer will announce the conditions and costs after receiving the request.
To design and build a special booth, the organizer has recommended that the relevant request be sent at least 30 calendar days before the opening of the exhibition. Due to the limited number of well-positioned booths, it is better to start negotiating and booking much earlier.

Documents and information that must be prepared before registration
Before negotiating with the organizer, it is better to know the following:
full legal name of the company and country of registration; field of activity and product group; The purpose of attending the exhibition; Approximate size of the booth; Standard or dedicated booth type; Necessary equipment such as electricity, display, refrigerator or internet; The number of team members present at the exhibition; The volume and type of samples sent; the need for a translator; Booth budget, travel, advertising and transportation. Should we be visitors or exhibitors? Attending as a visitor is appropriate if: you do not yet have sufficient knowledge of the Armenian market; You want to check the actual quality and size of the exhibit; You intend to meet with a few specific companies; Your product is not yet ready for the Armenian market; You want to evaluate competitors before booking a booth in the next session. Attending a booth is appropriate if: you have a ready-made export product with a specific price; Product samples and professional catalogs have been prepared; You have a list of potential importers and partners; A person proficient in business negotiation is present in the team; It is possible to respond and follow up quickly after the exhibition.
For a company exploring the Armenian market for the first time, a professional and pre-planned visit may yield better results than hastily booking a booth.
Travel requirements for Iranian citizens
According to the information of the Armenian Embassy in Iran, Iranian nationals can enter Armenia without obtaining a visa and stay in this country for up to 180 days in a year. Passengers must still carry a valid passport and other documents required for entry. It is better to check the entry regulations closer to the travel date from official sources.
What should we prepare for a successful participation in the exhibition? Catalog suitable for the international market
The catalog must be prepared at least in English. For the Armenian market, preparing a Russian or Armenian version can also increase the effectiveness of negotiations. Price, technical specifications, production capacity, delivery terms and contact information should be transparent.
Export price list
Iran's domestic price is not enough for export negotiations. The price should be calculated by considering packaging, shipping, insurance, customs, distributor's commission and delivery conditions.
Product sample
The sample must exactly match the exportable version. Test packaging or a product that cannot be continuously produced may reduce the buyer's confidence.
Offer to cooperate with the distributor
Determine before the exhibition whether you are looking for a direct seller, exclusive agent, non-exclusive distributor, franchisee or investment partner.
Business leads registration form
Company name, person's name, position, contact number, field of interest, possible order volume and follow-up time should be recorded for each negotiation. Collecting business cards without noting the details makes it difficult to follow up after the show.
A three-step proposal program for participants
Before the exhibition
At least a few weeks before the event, make a list of target companies and send a meeting request to each one. Send a short introduction of the company, the catalog and the purpose of the meeting in advance.
During the exhibition
Instead of waiting for random visitors to drop by, hold pre-scheduled meetings. Record the information of each contact and ask about the actual need, order volume, target price and payment method.
After the exhibition
Send a thank you message and additional information within 48 to 72 hours at most. Categorize potential customers based on the likelihood of cooperation and set a follow-up time for each.
How much does it cost to attend Armenia EXPO?
The final cost depends on the square footage, booth location, type of design, equipment, translation services, shipping samples and advertising. The organizer has not announced a fixed price for all the booths on the public page of the exhibition, and the applicant must send his request to receive a financial offer.
The attendance budget should not only include booth rent. The following costs should also be calculated:
design and implementation of the booth; Printing catalogs and advertisements; transportation of samples and equipment; Team ticket and accommodation; translator; Internet and technical equipment; Catering and promotional gifts; Follow-ups after the exhibition. How to evaluate the effectiveness of attending the exhibition?
The success of attending the exhibition is not measured only by immediate sales. More suitable indicators are:
the number of predetermined sessions; the number of authorized importers and distributors identified; number of price requests; the number of requested samples; the number of negotiations that have entered the contract stage; potential sales value generated; Collected information about competitors and market prices; The cost of attracting each potential customer. Important points and limitations of the exhibition
Armenia EXPO is a comprehensive event, and this is its advantage and limitation at the same time. Diversifying industries increases the number of potential connections, but not all visitors are specialized buyers of your product.
Also, the number of participants has been announced in different years with different methods and sources. For example, the number of companies present in 2023 is about 300 and in 2025 about 200 companies; But this difference does not necessarily mean a definite decrease in the importance of the exhibition and can be influenced by the way the booths are counted, the economic conditions and the composition of the courses.
Before paying the booth fee, it is better to receive the following items from the organizer:
hall plan and the exact position of the booth; initial list of contributors; Statistics of visitors of the previous period; Specifications of the services available in the booth; Reservation cancellation or change conditions; Schedule of meetings and business meetings; Regulations for entry and exit of goods; Time of delivery and collection of the booth. summary
Armenia EXPO 2026 is one of the most important business events in Armenia in 2026, which will be held in Yerevan from September 4 to 6. The history of holding since 2001, the presence of hundreds of companies from different countries and the combination of several specialized exhibitions have made this event a suitable platform for market recognition, product introduction and business communication.
For Iranian companies, the greatest value of Armenia EXPO is created when its presence is part of a specific market entry program. Targeting, identifying importers before the trip, preparing export prices, holding pre-arranged meetings and quick follow-up after the exhibition are much more important than just having a booth.
A company that comes to the exhibition without knowing the market and negotiation plan, may only receive a number of visitors and business cards; But a group that enters the exhibition with a list of target customers, a clear cooperation offer and a ready team can turn Armenia EXPO into a starting point for practical entry into the Armenian market.
